My Story
For years I was a teacher and energy healer, guiding hundreds of clients to alchemise their inner worlds so they could live more peaceful and liberated lives.
I’ve created sacred temple spaces for women to feel nourished, held and seen, and I would continually hear the same words:
“I love the energy you’ve created here.”
In 2024, I left my 17-year teaching career behind, packed up my life, and set off to travel Central and South America with my partner, leaving my home and beloved cat, Smudge, in the UK. We were only meant to be gone a year… but life had other plans for us and 2 years later we found ourselves in the Sacred Valley of Peru where my love for ancient sacred sites and the beautiful mountains spoke to me so deeply, I just KNEW I had to share this magick with the rest of the world!
As I journeyed, I began to notice that every space I entered, homes, guesthouses, temples, sacred sites and even the land itself, had its own spirit and its own energy field. My spirit would rise or fall depending on that energy. Without even realising it, I began working my healing magic in each space through ritual, light language and energetic clearing, practices that naturally wove themselves into the art of Feng Shui!
The deeper I went, the more I discovered!
world-class hotels, offices and even countries were weaving Feng Shui into their design to create harmony and flow. I knew I wanted to bring this wisdom together with my own healing, ritual and ceremonial work to create spaces that feel energetically alive, rooted in beauty, and radiant with harmony.
My numerology life path number is 6 which is all about creating harmony and creating safe, beautiful, sacred spaces for people to feel welcomed in! Spirit always knew what my true calling was, and it was only when I let go of everything else and truly listened I was led here! And I am so excited to bring this magic to the world!
When I experimented with Feng Shui and energy space clearing from afar on my UK home, the results were undeniable! Even though I wasn’t physically there, the energy in the house shifted dramatically, it felt lighter, more cared for and vibrant again! That’s when I knew this work was powerful, no matter the distance!
A serendipitous meeting with a British art gallery owner in Colombia introduced me to Interior therapy and I felt chills of recognition. My path was clear: I could merge energetic alignment, ancestral reverence, my cosmic light language magick and Classical Feng Shui to create spaces that heal, support, and inspire all who enter leaving them feeling ROOTED and RADIANT!
And within one month…. Roots and Rituals was born!

My Roots
I was born and raised in London.
Since then, I’ve called Singapore, Israel, Mexico and Peru my home!
Through my extensive travels throughout the world I have always connected deeply with sacred sites, given offerings and prayed to the spirits of the land, energetically cleared dense energy I feel in homes and spaces. I love connecting with Mother Nature, tending to my veggies, going for long walks in the mountains and valleys and raising the vibe by singing around the fire with my soul friends and family.
Because I have traveled so much, I found ritual to be my anchoring point to keep me centred, to work with the spirits of the land and form allies with them to harmonise and create balance between my inner and outer world. Feng Shui is the art of bringing heaven to earth, the unseen into matter and form.
Before it was known as Feng Shui it was known as Kan Yu, which literally means between heaven and earth.
Kan: Heaven, the invisible, unseen world
Yu: Earth, the physical, seen world
Feng shui is the ancient art of bringing two worlds together. The bridge connecting the spiritual and material realms, which is why it is not just Interior design!
